We are not a store and we do not manufacture, sell or ship anything. We read the labels, dig through the published research on each active ingredient, compare pricing and guarantee terms, and then tell you what we found — including the parts a brand would rather we left out.
How we review
Every product we cover is assessed on four pillars:
- Formula transparency — is the full ingredient list disclosed, at meaningful doses, or is it hidden behind a “proprietary blend”?
- Ingredient evidence — what does published, peer-reviewed research actually say about each active, and at what dose was that effect observed?
- Real-world value — price per serving, guarantee terms, shipping and refund policy, and how it compares with alternatives.
- Customer feedback — verified buyer experiences, both positive and critical.
We assign an editorial rating from 1 to 5. A product has to earn its score. We publish the cons as clearly as the pros, and we do not accept payment to change a rating or a ranking.
What we do not do
- We do not invent customer testimonials or attribute quotes to people who do not exist.
- We do not publish prices we have not verified on the seller’s own checkout page.
- We do not claim a supplement treats, cures or prevents any disease.
- We do not remove a critical finding because a brand asked us to.
